Meet the Founder

Meet Leticia Raymond MEd., MS

With more than 20 years in education, I’ve served as a teacher, coach, district leader, program designer, professional developer and consultant supporting over hundreds of schools across Colorado and even more on a national level. My work spans advanced academics, culturally responsive programming, IB coordination, AP/IB systems, SAT/ACT readiness, scholarship strategy, and postsecondary pathways — locally, nationally, and internationally.

I founded The Lab to give families the clarity and direction they deserve. Students today need more than checklists — they need strategy, support, and someone who understands the entire educational landscape.

Why The Lab Exists

Schools and educators work incredibly hard, but the demands on them are huge. Counselors often carry caseloads in the hundreds, making it difficult to provide early, individualized planning in academics, postsecondary pathways, scholarships, or athletics.


Many students don’t receive targeted guidance until senior year — when key opportunities (AP/IB sequencing, NCAA requirements, recruiting, trades exploration, scholarships) may already have passed.


The Lab fills this gap in partnership with schools, ensuring students receive early, ongoing, and expert support.
